2.1 Human-Powered Service

Our cup reading service works as follows:

1. You submit: 3 photos of your coffee cup along with basic information (name, gender, marital status)
2. Photos are uploaded: Your images are securely transmitted to our servers via HTTPS
3. Human review: A professional cup reader accesses and reviews your photos
4. Interpretation: The cup reader writes a personalized reading based on traditional practices
5. You receive: Your reading is delivered through the app (typically within 24-48 hours)

2.2 Our Professional Cup Readers

Cup readers in our network are:

• ✓ Trained professionals in traditional Turkish/Arabic coffee cup reading
• ✓ Experienced in cultural fortune telling practices
• ✓ Bound by confidentiality agreements and professional ethics
• ✓ Required to maintain user privacy and respect
• ✓ Provided with limited information (only what you submit in the form)
• ✓ NOT given access to your email, account details, or location

2.3 Quality Standards

Our cup readers follow strict professional guidelines:

• ✓ Provide respectful and positive entertainment readings
• ✓ Avoid harmful, threatening, or distressing content
• ✓ Maintain confidentiality of all submitted photos and information
• ✓ Focus on entertainment and cultural tradition
• ✓ May reject photos that are unclear, inappropriate, or do not show actual coffee cups

3.3 Google Sign-In Data

When you sign in using Google:

10. Account and Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

What happens when you request deletion:

• ✓ Account-related identifiers (if signed in with Google) are permanently deleted
• ✓ Device identifiers used for daily cup limits (Advertising ID – hashed) are removed
• ✓ All submitted cup photos are permanently deleted from our servers
• ✓ Cup reading history is deleted
• ✓ Analytics data is anonymized and can no longer be linked to any user or device
• ✓ Cup readers will no longer have access to your photos or content
• ✓ Chat messages posted in public or shared chat rooms may remain visible, but will not be associated with any identifiable user or device

Timeframe: Deletion requests are processed within 48–72 hours.

This deletion policy applies to users who sign in with Google and users who use the app without creating an account.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cup Reading does not use cookies directly. However:

• Third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) may use cookies and similar technologies
• These technologies help provide personalized experiences and analytics
• You can control cookie preferences through your device settings
