4.2 Account Termination and Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account at any time. To delete your account:

• Navigate to Settings → Delete Account in the app, OR
• Email us at vacc10990@gmail.com with your account details

Upon account deletion:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
• Your uploaded cup photos will be removed
• Your chat messages and notifications will be deleted
• This action is irreversible and cannot be undone
• We will retain only the minimum data required by law for a limited period

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Uploaded Content (Coffee Cup Photos)

When you upload photos of coffee cups for readings, you agree that:

• You own the rights to the images or have permission to upload them
• The images do not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• The images do not violate any third-party rights
• We may use uploaded images to provide our services (generating readings)
• We will not share your images publicly without your explicit consent

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of this app, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and designs
• Coffee cup reading content and predictions
• Horoscope content and daily wisdom quotes
• Software code, algorithms, and databases
• Audio, video, and other multimedia content

Are the exclusive property of MEX Apps or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. In-App Features and Limitations

8.1 Coffee Cup Readings

• Users can upload photos of coffee cups for readings
• Readings are generated from a database of interpretations
• The app prevents duplicate readings through smart algorithms
• Readings are provided in multiple languages (Arabic, English, Turkish)

8.2 Horoscope Predictions

• Daily horoscope content is provided for entertainment
• Horoscopes are based on traditional astrological interpretations
• Available in multiple languages

8.3 Daily Wisdom

• Inspirational quotes and advice provided daily
• Content is curated for motivational purposes

8.4 Notifications

• You may receive push notifications about cup readings, messages, or updates
• You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time
• Notifications require POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission (Android 13+)

8.5 Camera and Storage Permissions

• The app requests camera permission to take photos of coffee cups
• Photos are compressed and securely transmitted to our servers
• You can revoke these permissions at any time through device settings

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data practices include:

• Data Collection: We collect only necessary data to provide our services (account info, uploaded images, usage data)
• Data Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures
• Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• Third-Party Services: We use Google Firebase, AdMob, and other services that have their own privacy policies

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
